2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3.1 We offer both physical hardware and digital products.
3.2 Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
4.1 Prices are listed in EURO and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on our website.
4.3 Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received.
5.1 We ship to locations in the EU, US, and selected international destinations.
5.2 Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
5.3 Risk of loss for physical products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5.4 Orders above 1000 EURO carries extra insurance according to the carriers terms & conditions
6.1 Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase.
6.2 Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or business use.
6.3 Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.
7.1 Hardware: You may return hardware products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Any changes or cancellations to bespoke orders must be notified in writing within 5 working days of the payment. Transactional fees will be deducted from the sales price. If the bespoke piece has already entered the manufacturing process, no refunds or cancellations can be accepted.
7.2 Digital Products: All sales of digital downloads are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital products, except as required by law.
8.1 EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
8.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing within this period.
8.3 The withdrawal right does not apply to digital products once the download process has started.
8.4 Cancellation or return of bespoke products are limited according to 7.1.
9.1 All content on sim-mech.com is the property of Sim-Mech AS or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission.
10.1 Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the use of our products or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
10.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vestfold - Norway.
12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this site.
