Delivery & Returns
International shipping is handled by Bring or DHL. Shipping rates are based on location and size, but we strive to give you the best rate available. Many of our products includes shipping. If your country is not listed for shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We accept payments by PayPal and Klarna. Bank transfer using IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is only possible for B2B customers.
General Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of trading apply to all or any services, goods or otherwise provided by the Company to Customer or third parties.
Returns /Refund
Bespoke Pieces: For bespoke orders, the following terms apply:
1. Once payment is received and a manufacturing order is confirmed, a full refund cannot be provided.
2. Any changes or cancellations to bespoke orders must be notified in writing within 5 working days of the payment. Transactional fees will be deducted from the sales price.
3. If the bespoke piece has already entered the manufacturing process, no refunds or cancellations can be accepted.
Returns/Refund for In Stock Items: For in stock items, the following terms apply:
1. Customers returning in stock items will be eligible for a refund of the item's cost only.
2. The customer is responsible for covering the postage and delivery costs associated with returning the item to our workshop. Unclaimed packages are not refunded.
3. Notification of returns must be provided within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. The returned item must reach our workshop within 28 days of the customer's receipt, and it must be in unused condition.
5. A refund for in stock items will be processed only once the returned item is confirmed to be unused and in perfect condition.
Delivery/Delays
All delivery dates are approximate until confirmed by workshop. The Company shall not be liable for any delays, loss or damage beyond the Company’s control or arising out of strikes, lock-outs, labour disputes or shortages in labour or material and involving the Company or its suppliers or manufacturers or delivery agents.
Import duties and VAT
Export outside Norway will not be charged for VAT during check-out. International customer are responsible for all import duties, taxes and VAT. We encourage you to check local law in your country before ordering. Sales documentation and a pro-forma invoice will be included in your shipping details.
